CELT Colleges is the leading company in Azerbaijan in demonstrating excellence in education consultancy and training. Founded in 2000, CELT Colleges’ main target is to provide a qualified learning environment in the English Language Acquisition and Study Abroad Consultancy for the citizens of Azerbaijan and neighboring countries to make right choice in getting education abroad.

Therefore, CELT Colleges has set a goal to provide easy access to every student taking classes in our Colleges at their convenience. There are nine central colleges of CELT which are ready to help every citizen of Azerbaijan where needed.

Today, CELT Colleges is not only an educational company locally, but is also co-operating with many other prestigious international language providers and educational consultancy companies. Expanding its relations in the region and internationally, we proudly represent English schools that we believe make a great contribution to our region and most importantly, our students’ future.

From 2000 to 2005, CELT Colleges provided the majority of English language training in its local centers as well as helping students to improve their English language skills abroad.  During this period, the number of college centers expanded to meet the needs of Azerbaijanis. To improve the professionalism of local teachers, CELT recruited qualified instructors from Great Britain and Unites States.

Since 2005, it has started a Study Abroad Program to contribute in filling employment gap in Azerbaijan. The Study Abroad Program was created to help students to get education abroad as a Bachelor, Master, and Ph.D. CELT believes this will bring western experience to our country and improve overall potential of local recruitment.
